Maybe other topics aren't overrun by what I perceive as completely clueless people who ask the same basic questions again and again and again and can't be bothered with actively participating in getting their problem solved (searching, researching, posting their code, stating their intentions, listening to advice, and giving feedback). It could be that this is the filter bubble effect of the tags I've chosen on my home page (mostly web development stuff). That happens more and more often lately and is pretty frustrating. It gets to the point where I'm asking myself "Why did I even help this guy? He neither has the will nor the capacity to understand the answer I have just been wasting my time". ![]() I'm seeing a rapid trend towards worse and worse question quality.
